At Sunnylife, we live for summer. It drives us, excites and inspires us on our quest to provide all of the tools to enhance the best of a life under the sun. We’ve been doing this since 2004 so we have a good tan these days!

From huge inflatable flamingos to beach towels and everything in between, our products are the must-have summer accessories! Sunnylife products are designed at our global headquarters in Sydney, and then sold through our offices in Sydney, Los Angeles and London.

Director of Wholesale UK/Europe

  • Overseeing UK and Europe wholesale; including sales & operations
  • Motivating team, managing office and ensuring efficiency in all business aspects
  • Closely managing all team members to ensure KPI’s are met
  • Overseeing logistics , warehousing and performance reporting
  • Driving sales team, ensuring order targets and sales targets are met
  • Quantifying, planning and managing all inventory requirements, liaising with production and buying in Australia
  • Reporting directly to the COO in Sydney Head Office – with weekly updates including achievements and results against targets
  • Assisting where necessary with strategic and key account administration/analysis
  • Traveling to Sydney Australia 1-2 times per year, and several times throughout the year within UK/Europe and other locations.

    Accounts Receivable Clerk - French Speaking

    Some of the tasks you will be performing include:

    • Working closely with AR manager to assess credit limits and risk profile of customers
    • Processing customer credit applications
    • Daily monitoring of customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payment and other discrepancies
    • Monitoring aged analysis and keeping aged percentages within management targets
    • Assisting with AR Month End process and ensuring no out-of-balance trade debtor accounts
    • Follow up on delinquent accounts via telephone and email
    • Receipting and allocating cheque payments and bank transfers
    • Processing credit card payments
    • Assisting customers with payment plans to recover overdue debts where appropriate
    • Maintaining customer files and records including keeping detailed notes for each customer contact for reporting to AR Manage
    • Cleaning and maintaining customer accounts, allocating credits and prepayments
    • Maintaining strong relationships with Account Managers to ensure they are aware of their customers’ credit status
    • Assisting in following up credits for short shipments, damaged stock and refused shipments with Order & Account Manager
    • Other ad hoc reporting and accounting duties as required

    Who is the ideal candidate?

    • 1+ years’ experience in Credit Collection or Accounts Receivable
    • Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and display great time management

      National Key Account Manager

      You will be given all the tools for success; the best products on the market, an established multi door client list and amazing colleagues!

      Your key responsibilities will include:

      • Strategically analysing and understanding the market – knowing who the key players (brands/suppliers/retailers) are and what’s going on in the retail space
      • Using your communication and listening skills to nurture strong relationships with key decision makers (mainly buyers and their direct reports) and achieve a mutually beneficial balance between wholesaler and retailer
      • Analysing partnerships with retailers and reporting back to management on this analysis
      • Analysing in season performance to maximize sales and proactively manage end of season exit strategies
      • Understanding the Sunnylife brand and its value and being able to convey this as part of the overall sales pitch
      • Guiding customers into creating multi-season business plans that correlate to the bigger Sunnylife plan
      • Developing and understanding key metrics and pricing strategies and negotiating financial agreements with our partner resellers.
      • Merchandise assortment and securing inventory as needed
      • Managing special collaborations with key customers and overseeing collaborative marketing opportunities
      • Meeting assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
      • Preparing and delivering customer presentations

      Who is the ideal candidate?

      • Experience in handing and growing £2M+ accounts with UK & European department stores
      • Proven track record of converting major accounts into strategic partnerships, exclusive launches and collaborative opportunities
      • Experience negotiating high-value sales deals with a complex solution, product and service range
      • Ability to manage in season performance to maximize sales
      • Sales orientated and strategic in way of thinking - always looking to build strong relationships
      • An in-depth understanding of the UK/Europe retail market (fashion and/or gift/ homewares market knowledge)
      • Data analytical skills – can interpret sales data to inform sales planning and quantifications
      • Ability to own and drive the Strategy process
      • Experience in a similar role is essential (5 years + at an absolute minimum)
      • A love of giftwares and homewares and the ability to confidently promote these to clients

      Sales Support Coordinator

      • Providing overall administration support to the sales team, including preparing quotes and submissions for our major customers.
      • Receiving and processing orders from our major customers
      • Coordinate with our warehouse to ensure sales can be delivered on time and to the customer’s specific requirements
      • Communicating with major customers to maximise re-orders
      • Maintaining awareness of product range and stock levels.
      • Arranging product samples and other sales collateral for our customers.
      • Ensure understanding of the terms and conditions of sales with our major customers
      • Traveling with the sales team to customer meetings and trade shows periodically

      Who is the perfect candidate?

      • Experience in similar roles and/or exposure to sales administration and shipping required
      • Excel literate essential
      • Computer literate (Outlook, Windows Explorer, Internet Explorer, Word)
      • Fast learner able to learn how to use our order processing system quickly and efficiently
      • Excellent communications skills both on the phone and in person
      • Very organised and detail oriented
      • Sharp as a knife
      • Oodles of common sense
      • French, Italian or Spanish language skills are desirable
