At Sunnylife, we live for summer. It drives us, excites and inspires us on our quest to provide all of the tools to enhance the best of a life under the sun. We’ve been doing this since 2004 so we have a good tan these days!

From huge inflatable flamingos to beach towels and everything in between, our products are the must-have summer accessories! Sunnylife products are designed at our global headquarters in Sydney, and then sold through our offices in Sydney, Los Angeles and London.

We are now establishing a European office in London and are seeking a razor sharp team who are eager to grow within this exciting business.

Current Vacancies

Sales Operations Coordinator 

  • Provide support for the fulfilment and customer service for the Sunnylife UK/European business
  • Support the management of each season drop to an efficient conclusion with deadlines, working closely with the Sales Operations Manager, Account Mangers, 3rd Party Logistics Warehouse and Finance
  • Execute all processes and systems for sales and update on a regular basis including order/stock management system and customer database system
  • Communicate and support general customer service for all wholesale customers
  • Operate seamlessly with the Sales Operations Manager to support the sales function holistically
  • Make recommendations to the Sales Operations Manager on commercial opportunities presented in the marketplace by feedback from existing wholesale accounts, marketplace intelligence and a good understanding of the brand
  • Ensure all wholesale customers receive written communication for each order and provide timely updates on stock availability, changes to product and pricing along with any other ad hoc information needed for best in class customer service
  • Support the returns process, in conjunction with the 3LP Co-ordinator and Finance in an efficient, timely manner
  • Support the Sales Operations Manager with weekly business reporting as necessary
  • Support the production of seasonal price lists, forecast/budget spreadsheets and actively own and manage the sample process
  • Work closely with Production in Sydney to provide product availability information to Account Manager and customers
  • Support any retail infrastructure as and when required e.g. Summer pop ups
  • Help drive a stimulating, organized and positive working environment in the office
Who is the ideal candidate?
  • Experience in admin support within a branded wholesale business
  • Dealing with customers both verbally and written
  • Experience of a stock and customer management system
  • Sharp as a knife
  • Fast learner able to learn how to use our order processing system quickly and efficiently

    Sales Operations Manager

    • Manage fulfilment and customer service for the Sunnylife UK/European business
    • Closely manage each season drop to an efficient conclusion with deadlines, working closely with the Account Mangers, 3rd Party Logistics Warehouse and Finance
    • Ensure all processes and systems for sales are documented and updated on a regular basis including order/stock management system and customer database system
    • Manage communication and general customer service for all wholesale customers with particular support to Major customers
    • Manage, lead, coach and support the Sales Co-ordinator to provide the highest level of customer service and maximise sales opportunities whilst ensuring competency development
    • Make recommendations to the Sales Director on commercial opportunities presented in the marketplace by feedback from existing wholesale accounts, marketplace intelligence and a good understanding of the brand
    • Ensure all wholesale customers receive written communication for each order and provide timely updates on stock availability, changes to product and pricing along with any other ad hoc information needed for best in class customer service
    • Manage the returns process, in conjunction with the 3LP Co-ordinator and Finance in an efficient, timely manner
    • Provide Sales Director and Account Managers with regular reports on invoiced sales, customer performance and status of customers
    • Own and manage seasonal price lists, forecast/budget spreadsheets and sample process
    • Work closely with Production in Sydney to provide product availability information to Account Manager and customers
    • Support any retail infrastructure as and when required e.g. Summer pop ups
    • Help drive and ensure a stimulating, organized and positive working environment in the office

    Who is the ideal candidate?

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in admin support within a branded wholesale business, ideally working across Europe with major customers
    • Extensive experience with stock/customer management systems
    • Desire to lead a team and have influence over peers
    • Experience managing a team is advantageous but not essential
    • Sharp as a knife
    • Fast learner able to learn how to use our order processing system quickly and efficiently
